| Job Description: The school you will teach in is a public middle school with kids 11 to 18 years old. Although they are in Beijing or Shanghai, they have limited funds to employ the native English speaker teacher, their English grammar might be advance level but the oral English just in beginner. In the rural area, the students have limited opportunities to practice their English, you will be the guide to introduce the world in the other side. To teach these students, textbooks are provided but teachers are encouraged to be creative in their lessons and activities. A central rehabilitation centre for hearing difficulties children in Beijing would suit for someone who wants to share their time, lover and passion for those disable children who rarely experienced hearing in their life. The children here are under 16 years old. The teacher there need more hard working, the works not only encourage them to open the mouth for words, but also need to take care of them during the class. Whether you’re teaching in a school or the rehabilitation centre, you’ll be amongst colleagues who speak English. Regardless of their level of expertise, they’ll likely be keen to practice their English conversation skills with you. Not only will you have new friends, but your coworkers can help you navigate the area and its customs better than any guidebook. The volunteer works are: - English teachers -English assistant for English corner (popular oral English practice activity in China) -other subjects teachers such as music, IT, arts and other languages | ||
