The Ents Team at BGSU are all part-time officers, meaning each role is undertaken by a student in full time education. 

 

• Is a member of the Core Students’ Union Executive and undertakes all the responsibilities that come with it.

• Oversees the running of the Entertainments team.

• Ensures that Bishop Grosseteste Students’ Union provide students with variety of weekly entertainment.

• Is a member of the University Colleges Bar Committee and Events Committee along with the President.

• Responsible for overseeing the planning of the Unions biggest events; May Ball, Music Festival and the annual trip away.

• Works as a member of the Enty supporting each member with their individual responsibilities.

• Takes on the role of the Ents Officer in their absence.

• Organises and oversees the annual union trip.                                              

• Monitors and distribute the Ents budget effectively.

Works as a member of the Ents team, actively supporting each member with their individual responsibilities.

• Responsible for the maintenance of all technical entertainment equipment owned by the Union.

• Minutes and archives all Ents meetings.

• Responsible for training any executive and society members who wish to use the equipment.

• Responsible for the publicity of all Students’ Union entertainment.

• Encourages the Union to develop new and innovative ways to publicise events.
