• Is a member of the Core Students’ Union Executive and undertakes all the responsibilities that come with it.

• Is responsible for running Bishop Grosseteste Students’ Unions fundraising team; RAG.  

• Is the prime representative of RAG at Bishop Grosseteste University College.

• Ensures that campaigns of a relevant nature are implemented and advertised in the Students’ Union and that awareness of such issues is raised.

• Oversees the organisation of RAG Week.

• Liaises with the chosen charities at appropriate times during the academic year.

• Works as a member of the RAG team, actively getting involved with fundraising events and supporting each member of the team with their individual responsibilities.

• Takes on the role of the RAG Chair in their absence.

• Responsible for the production of RAG’s annual publication; the RAG Mag.

• Responsible for the organisation of the annual RAG Parade.

•

• Responsible for the financial management of RAG.

• Keeps records of all financial matters and makes these available to the Students’ Union Finance officer.

• Responsible for counting and paying into the Union any money the team raise.

• Minutes and archives all RAG meetings.

• Responsible for keeping up to date RAG membership lists.
